Horseshoe Plantation - 1st-3rd August

Three consecutive days at my favourite butterfly spot in Sussex. Silver-spotted Skipper numbers are now quite good with butterflies found both sides of the wood. Also found a Wall Brown which are only present here in low numbers. Finally managed to find a White-letter Hairstreak low down nectaring on flowers. Plus the usual Common Blue, Chalkhill Blue, Brown Argus, Essex Skipper, Painted Lady, Small Heath etc.
